Users must not employ the fams.ai Service for any illicit activities, which include but are not limited to soliciting commercial sexual services, human trafficking, disseminating explicit content, or promoting dangerous or illegal actions.
Disseminating viruses, malware, or any harmful or destructive software via the fams.ai Service is strictly prohibited. Any content that compromises or disrupts the functionality of the fams.ai Service will not be tolerated.
Do not publish or spread materials that incite hatred or violence against groups based on factors such as race, nationality, religion, disabilities, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Avoid disseminating false information that could incite imminent violence, physical harm, or interfere with political processes.
Users are prohibited from sharing another individual's private and confidential information, including but not limited to photos, credit card information, security codes, or private contact details.
Unauthorized access to another user's account or engaging in phishing activities through our service is strictly forbidden.
Creating characters that are depicted as minors, as well as posting images of minors or their likenesses created through artwork, AI, fiction, or dolls, is prohibited. Any exploitative content involving minors will result in immediate removal, account suspension, and notification to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate legal authorities.
Do not engage in spamming activities, such as the creation or transmission of characters that deliver unsolicited marketing or commercial content.
